Shipping and Returns


Shipping Domestic

I endeavour to ship all purchased items as soon as possible,however I do not ship over the weekend or bank holidays or during my own personal holidays. I will of course make this information available to my customers at this time.

I use eco friendly, recycled or recyclable packaging and as little packaging as possible, whilst still retaining sufficient protection of your products through shipping.

If you are purchasing as a gift and would like your products gift wrapped, please do let me know through my contact page My gift wrapping will always be in keeping with my green enviromentaly conscious ethos, but beautifully and naturally presented.


I offer a flate rate Free Shipping to anywhere in the UK with all orders over £25. Under £25 will be a flate rate of £2.95. Shipped by Royal Mail Standard delivery. Allow Approximately 2-3 business days for delivery. Please do contact me if you do not receive your delivery within 7 days. I also offer a next day delivery option.

Please note during busy periods, such as Christmas there will be a cut off time for orders which will be stated on this page during November and December.


Shipping International

Shipping fees to international locations are on a flat rate of £10 per order. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.



As a consumer you have rights regarding any product that maybe faulty. If a product is faulty you can contact me for a replacement product or a full refund. I am confident that you will be happy with your purchase and love your products as much as I do but, If however you want to return a product which does not contain any fault then you have the right to do so, as long as you return to me within 14 days from purchase and the product is unopened and fit for re-sale. You will however be required to pay the shipping charges for the return of the product.

When placing an order, if you make a mistake, please contact me as soon as possible so I can assist with any problems. I am happy to refund in full or exchange if products become damaged during shipping. I will refund shipping charges where products have become damaged during transit. The refund will be through the method used to pay for your products. Please note, on all occasions I will need proof of purchase and proof of shipping so please retain your receipts to ensure a straightforward resolvement.

If you purchase my products from another outlet or stockist then returns must be taken to the original place of purchase.
