Benefit your mental and physical health with my Mindfulness Meditation 8 week course. I will help you to learn and implement wellness techniques to use at home for a more balanced, relaxed and calmer life. Small classes are held on Friday mornings at 9.30am for approximately 1hr 30mins, from my tranquil therapy space in Portreath. No experience needed, please come and experience the benefits of mindful living. Either pay each week £10 cash or in full £80.. No experience necessary, all welcome.
